I honestly don't feel like our starters are even trying to figure it out. They chose to battle each other like a hamper full of alley cats.

Randle actually tried more too once he was playing with IQ/Grimes. You can tell the starters don’t like each other.

Randle hasn't tried at all this season. He's gotten the most and the most consistent minutes. He does NOTHING to help his teammates. He does NOTHING to help his own case. He's done nothing to help his coach. He won't get some pat on the back for playing a little harder when the hardest working players are on the floor.

I am just pointing that out to the fact that Fournier and Kemba suck. Randle sucks too, but the effort issue isn’t as noticeable when he isn’t playing with Kemba and Fournier.
