This guy seems like the type to go to a team with multiple picks like Memphis or OKC

Or Wood? Maybe just Maker who couldn't make it to the big league?
He seems raw, not moving much off the ball, but seems to have a bit of a handle for a pull up.

I think he can be considered in the 2nd round, will see how he develops this year, I guess.

As for Memphis next year, they have 12 players under contract with Konchar the only non-guaranteed, so with their three 1st round picks, that will put them with no roster spot if they don't waive anyone

Konchar and #24 for the Raptors pick would be interesting if we're not in love with someone with our pick and it's around 15-17. He's a great fit here and Memphis might not get a better move to go from 2 to 1 on a pick and move up 6-8 picks. Maybe they can then move up again with their best pick and get into the top 10 and grab the forward they still want.

Masai watching this first quarter and screaming at his scouts to stop bringing him reports on anyone under 6'7. Easons up, TyTys down on my Raptors board.

I fully expect AJ Griffin to be off the board, but I think Masai and Bobby could be drawn to a guy like Marjon Beauchamp

I also hope Caleb Houstan plays well moving forward, he has such a nice looking shot when it's falling, and he has NBA size on the wing

Caleb Houstan turning things around big time.

Read on Twitter

At 6'8 with that shot form he could be back into the first round. Raps have to consider this kid if he stays in the draft. Up to 35% from three after a bad start. Is shooting almost 50/40/90 split at home this year.

Zero creation ability. IMO he's looking like the typical 3+D with no hidden upside, not sure what his defense looks like though.

He creates more playing for Canada. He looks like Harrison Barnes 2.0.

That's high praise. I doubt he will be that good. Looks like a fringe NBA player to me

Shaedon Sharpe is eligible for this years draft??

I’m not pro tank but if there was ever a draft to pick up a Canadian with star potential it’s this one. Two are projected to go top 10

Our first + Gary Trent JR FOR #6 or #7 from the Pels + Devonte Graham + Temple isn't insane considering how not good Graham is.

Pels are still short a PG though, so I think they'd want Fred for Graham, the pick and Temple and we'd say no.

Would never happen.

Gary can & would bolt in a year.

Yeah would have to be an extension, like JV moving to the Pels and being extended for them to move down 7 picks with the Grizz

I completely agree with you, but Toronto cannot keep gambling on developmental offensive players. You can see it in the roster composition this year. Scottie is okay but he can't run an offense or be a guy you give ball to to score especially from outside. Banton's shot is hit or miss. These guys all have nice feel but they are partially the reason why Toronto is so top heavy in their offense and has a bench that might be the worst at scoring in the NBA.

I'd like them to aim for a potential three level scorer or a guy who can break down a defense. Not sure if this draft has any bankable players like that. Kind of intrigued by Ochai Agbaji and Hyunjung Lee over just taking the the young lanky types like Kendall Brown. Dereon Seabron is my slasher type that likely is more of a second rounder, but his size and downhill ability are very Siakam like. This all depends on where we draft in the first but if we end up outside the lottery I'd be open to trading down to the early second round to get one of these guys..

Brown would be great outside the lottery but if you are in the late teens or 20s even, you have to take on projects again or low ceiling role players.
