Last four possesions by the Lakers, all three point attempts, and they get nothing out of it, allowing the Sixers to push the lead back to 20

Perfect example of why focusing on 35% shots isn't a great strategy. They are losing the points in the paint battle which is worse for this team.

Lakers just straddling that .500 mark.

6-29 from behind the arc and 19 turnovers. Sounds about right for another blowout L.

Last 2 seasons has felt like AD and LeBron have an agreement that when one is healthy, the other rests...

Lakers since last season have been trying to focus more on load management centric squad.

They’re trying to get guys who can lead the team (not as contenders but as an average team) to allow intermittent PT for LeBron or AD.

For instance, I dont believe RW’s value is more on playing WITH Bron and AD where RW’s value is to replace Bron’s role when Bron opts for load management.

This is just an outsider’s POV
There’s never been a time in history when we look back and say that the people who were censoring free speech were the good guys.

Did he do standard ISO plays and pic n roll boring crap?

Vogel really needs to go and this team a fresh coach

someone who can teach this team to pass more then once If possible

This season is a wash and Lakers aren't winning chip might as well get a new coach

This team is garbage... Pop or Phil wouldn't have done much better with this squad. this is on Rob for being a star **** er who over corrected to has been vet min 3pt people that suck and trading real assets for a last ditch literally never won a-hole. that's it.

and i wouldn't even fire Rob, I'd just rub his nose in it and appeal to him figuring it out again.

This team would be at the bottom of the league if it wasn't for Lebron.

AD looked good.

Priority should be to preserve him and keep him healthy. AD reaching mvp caliber level is our only chance at the ship this year.

Trade for a lengthy dude that can play center/pf, block shots, guard multiple positions, and play well alongside AD

It was reported before that the Lakers had the most expensive Assistant coaches hiring ex head coaches Jason Kidd and Lionel Hollins to share their vast knowledge and extend full support for Frank Vogel.
Hollins retired, Kidd was hired as HC for Dallas. Lakers went on to hire another vet coach David Fizdale who also was a failure in NY.
The logic was to look for valuable replacements left by Kidd and Hollins and Fizdale having coached in Memphis and NY would be step one. Scott Brooks was let go by Washington after a less impressive record there but he had success before in OKC esp having the experience in coaching Durant esp Westbrook. Ramona Shellburne shared the other day in Mason/Ireland podcast that the Lakers wanted to hire Brooks to assist Frank but according to her, the Lakers offered LESS THAN HALF of what Portland was offering. :banghead: and so, after getting rejected, the Lakers' went ahead and hired Mike Penberthy to sit on the bench and help devise strategies for the Lakers. His previous experience? as a shooting coach for TWolves and Pelicans, that is it.
So they let go of Caruso, let go of expensive assistants Kidd and Hollins, and they replaced them with Nunn, Fizdale and the inexperienced Penberthy....to SAVE MONEY. :nonono:

Monk will be out tonight with groin soreness. I wonder if it affected his shooting against the 76ers? It was his worst night shooting in several weeks. Anthony Davis, LeBron James, Russell Westbrook, and Avery Bradley are all questionable against the Hornets.
