We can't afford to lose Jimmy. If it weren't for his foul-drawing, we would have lost tonight. We have to get Morris playing again. Limit the minutes of our stars.

He was playing great before he got hurt. Was playing like an ideal backup 4 for us. Hitting outside shots and playing tough D with hard screens. Shame he’s been out this long.

Idk if Herro's issue is entirely handle. He's generally fine and very deceptive when making moves to the basket. But he makes poor decisions. Dribbling into 4 players was a bad decision, even though he was fouled. Being fancy with the handle on the inbound when they were clearly looking to get the steal was a poor decision.

No that's not what he said. You must be thinking of E Reid.

When they showed the replay Crotty claimed that Tyler had his arm wrapped around Coffey. The replay clearly showed he didn't and really his arm only even appeared to be bent somewhat backwards because Coffey was riding his back and climbing over him.

Oh, it seemed like he sounded upset that it was called on Tyler instead and even corrected Reid when he thought it was over and back "oh no, they're calling it on tyler?". I think he explained why the refs made that call even though it should have went the other way. He didn't say anything like "good call refs" or nothing close to that so I didn't get the vibe he was rooting against us in THAT play (I get your premise though, you wouldn't have said that if he didn't seem to be doing that in the past).

Idk he seemed to be doing it on that play to me. He justified the refs call after seeing the replay, even claiming to see a hook by Tyler where there was none.

Solid game end to end. I never expected the Clippers to give up. On to the next and the next and the next. Thanks, OP! :-)

Yeah, I also think it's more mental lapses / decision making than a skillset issue.

Dribbling into 4 defenders is risky and normally not a good decision, but I think the bad decision he made was to slow down, which allowed the defender to catch up. If my memory serves me correctly, he actually had an opening there that he could've used before the defenders trapped.

Anyway, he'll figure it out, and I'm sure the coaches will go over the game footage with him and run drills with him were he's put in those situation.

Caruso and Ball being out for a while could seriously hurt them in the standings at this rate.

Herro and Dipo are both due for a big contract. The team probably will have to choose one out of all 3 of them.

Dipo is due for a big contract? He hasn't played in 5 years.

If he produces, he will.

If he produces, he will.

What's he gonna produce in 15 - 20 mpg for half a season to justify a big contract?

He's not seeing any real money before playing healthy all of next season.

Bam not being able to dominate at the end when Winnie was their C was a bit sad, but glad they got the W.

And on that box out foul call on Herro, you could see Coffey start walking back to his bench dejected, since he knew he had fouled out. But wait, the try hard ref instead hand him the FTs. Awful!!!!
