Watching Knicks-Bucks and DeVincenzo looks lost on O and Burks hasn't played a ton and is -21. Not a good night for being far too emotionally invested in the Raps trading less than a first rounder for a guard.
Where's the D?

I don't think it's worth it. Even Levert is very unimpressive to me and far too costly.

Keep your picks and hope to draft well.

Norm would be fantastic back as a sixth man ... could we somehow unload Birch, Flynn, dragic, second rd picks?

I’d see if I could get some combo of walker burks Noel rose for dragic. It would immediately add bench depth and bring some much needed veteran stability

knicks should trade kemba and burks for dragic. frees up their salary cap after this season and the raps get some better guard play.

give the knicks flynn too for their troubles.

raps get $1.6m below the cap. can sign champagnie to a standard contract.

If I’m taking on Kemba then I’m asking for some draft capital too. Having him on the team takes away from young player development and it’s an extra year not even an expiring

i doubt the knicks give up any picks, but kemba would be an expiring next year. could easily move him if it doesn't work out.

Kemba is only making $10M per year lol and for only 2 years.

Cleveland is willing to attach their first to trade Rubio who is out for the year.

Raps should send them Dragic. Rubio comes off the books and Raps get a first. Rubio won't play for Toronto but neither was Dragic.

Lowry for Precious and Cleveland's first in 2022 sounds much better.

Does Dragic expiring provide enough value to get a 1st rounder? That would be a no brainer for us if so.

Dragic would give cleveland a PG with playoff experience. Not sure what else they could expect from an injured expiring rubio and a late first.

If I was them, I'd send that package to Houston for Eric Gordon.

EG is 33 and not a free agent 2024. HOU will have to attach a first to get rid of EG. That contract is stupid.

Pretty sure his last year has a team option on it.

It'll probably be srp but that contract is still an albatross.

i've been a proponent of a dragic +srp(if needed) for gordon for a while now.
its a big salary but expiring next year. if an allstar up for a trade, can be used alongside trent, og or fvv for contract matching purposes next year.

It’s only 2 year $20m. How is that albatross? Lol

it is if it can push you into the tax or limit cap flexibility.
bottom line, i can see masai taking on burks contract by itself, but not walker' without additional compensation.
