Pop is too good to ever 'play down'. That's a recipe for disaster.

Games like this are where we miss Crowder as a communicator and helper on defense. They are carving us up.

Ish has been really impressive. He's not someone I think we'd want to go to in the playoffs, but he's clearly an NBA player and is playing his role well.

It helps when our 3 pt defense and defensive rotations are really poor. Also not even playing Smith again when we could use more offensive rebounding, is 2 of the three issues that WE STILL HAVE. I really hope that Jones will finally recognize the necessity to address these issues at the deadline.

Really wish Bridges would try to take it inside with force like Cam does.

Bridges can get up higher than Cam so I don't know why he doesn't try to do it more often.

Anyway, looks like it's been a close game. I caught about two minutes of it before I left her house and the Spurs were up. We can't lose to the damned Spurs, man.

And this is what I was afraid of. The Spurs are just hitting shots, executing so well. We have to shut them down or at least make them take tougher shots.
