Kyle is the biggest 4th Q choker. Did Deebo even touch it in the 4th?

BTW, blame Jimmy for not being good enough.
But if they never made that trade, 49ers may never have made the playoffs under Shanahan these five seasons.
Or even had a winning season.
Wasn't the team like 0-10 when they traded for Jimmy and he led them to 6 straight wins?

Re: 49ers vs. Los Angeles Rams
3 people that cost us this game:
1.) Jimmy G can’t drive to their territory to put us in position to try a FG.
2.) Jaquiski Tartt. If he catches that interception we would have gotten an 85 percent chance to win that game.
3.) John Lynch for drafting McGlinchey instead of Derwin James. James not only would have gotten that INT but would be a tremendous blitzer for us as well throughout the season.
He has no trade value now. A lot of people on Facebook are still defending Garoppolo. I mean I don’t quite understand some of our fan base.

The year we traded for him, forced us to pass up on Mahomes and DeShawn Watson. People knew he was just an average player coming from the Pats. Most of us didn’t want that trade. We really hated it. Ask Pozz.

I don't really blame Tartt. There was so much time on the clock. It was a tie game and Jimmy was terrible. Simple as that

Sure but they would have won much fewer games all these years if they played Bethard and Mullens.
When would they have drafted a QB?
Maybe Mahomes but he looked mortal today and behind the 49ers OL, I don't know. Plus Kyle would have had him throw screens all day.
Or maybe they don't draft someone like Bosa and have to use that pick on a QB.
Problem has always been nonproductive picks.
Another one today that they could have used, Kinlaw, who may need live up to a FRP drafted in the top half of his class.

What are you even talking about? Rams scored 13 in the 4th. Jimmy did NOTHING. He was terrible and shouldn't have been out there todaythesack12 wrote:RIPskaterdude wrote:Bingo_AlphaMan wrote:3 people that cost us this game:

Yeah it was a terrible drop, but offense would have went 3 and out. So what.Bingo_AlphaMan wrote:RIPskaterdude wrote:Bingo_AlphaMan wrote:3 people that cost us this game:

Yeah the Pats and Packers were going to trade their HoF QBs 5 years ago.

Dude you literally said you didn't blame Tartt.
Yet he had the easiest INT opportunity you will ever see basically fielding a pop fly ball with no Ram near him.
The 9ers were up by 3 at the time.
To place no blame on Tartt and pin everything on Garoppolo, is nothing but a short sighted emotional take based on pure bias hatred of Garoppolo.
Did Jimmy play great today, no. However, he was not responsible for the defense failing to get off the field time and time again. Jimmy was also under heavy pressure most the game, yet he didn't take a single sack.
But lets completely disregard poor o-line play and bad defensive play across the board and blame everything on Garoppolo.

We get Cousins in that scenario. The only reason we passed on Cousins was because of Jimmy.
I'd venture to guess we would've made the playoffs with Cousins at the helm but what we did in the playoffs is anyone's guess.

Yeah the Pats and Packers were going to trade their HoF QBs 5 years ago.
All I’m saying is, the year we traded for Garoppolo, he won us the last 4 or 5 games worthless games. Putting us out of position to draft Mahomes or DeShaun Watson.

But Kyle didn't want to tank. He was looking morose when the team was like 0-10. He wanted to win those games.
