He won the Blazers Game 7 in the 4th against the Nuggets 2 years ago when they went to the WCF. The biggest game of the Blazers franchise since 2000... literally no one remembers that it was CJ who took that game over late that game.

So yeah, he has proven he can have that kind of impact. You're right, he's probably 3rd best on a contender, but he can also take games over for them when he gets hot. Literally the most disrespected player in the league... smdh

The most disrespected player in the league? He makes over $30 million a season and has made over $130 million already off the league. That's a great deal of money for a third option.

Yeah, I wasn’t talking about his reputation among the league players and execs, just fans like yourself.

I'm surprised he's never even mentioned as an all star or on a snub list. This year it seems like he should be at least mentioned with guys like Kawhi, George, Lillard, AD, etc all out for the season or long periods of time.

He has also missed a large portion of the season with a punctured lung that he only recently came back from… soooooo… yeah… not sure your point here.

Willy Hernangomez.
His numbers for the pels when he actually play minutes are mind boggling.
He could be a 20 and 12 player if he started somwhere.

I think Lonnie Walker would look real good with the Cavs.

Doesn't seem like he fits in San Antonio and fits the Cavs need/timeline perfectly.

Why?

Don't fit the age timeline or something?

Around half the board wants the "Play-in" the other half wants to continue to get top 10 picks. There's been a pretty big split/divide lately.

I wouldn't take anything too serious IMO

An undersized guard who shoots below average and is a negative defender, meh probably not at all what the Cavs need.

He's the Ying to Isaac Okoro's yang.

It's not some move the needle to a title this year type move but think he would flourish in Cleveland (would be picking up the Sexton/Goodwin minutes/role).

Wouldn't cost the future and with him and Sexton being RFA, would have some control over both. Then age factor fits with this Cavs core.

It's more of a low key move I could see working out for all sides. I'm guessing SA would want short term salary match and some decent draft compensation (late/protected first or early second) which the Cavs have.

Udonis played tonight! It's like a fantasy BB camp story.

Durant, Giannis and Luka definitely need a change of scenery, Denver Nuggets style.

He's almost identical to Okoro though...

Player A: 11.3 PPG 2.3 APG 2.6 RPG 29.6% 3FG -1.3 DBPM

Player B: 9.0 PPG 1.9 APG 3.3 RPG 28.6% 3FG 0.8 DBPM

Cavs would be much better suited to acquire a guy who actually has a different skill set than Okoro.

Player C: 16.5 PPG 2.4 APG 6.1 RPG 40.7% 3FG -1.4 DBPM

Marcus Smart led the team in 3FG% in January. Caveats and all, Cs had 7 guys who shot at least 37% from 3 past month. Tatum and Horford didn't make the cut.

Smart led 289 qualified players (min 10 games played) in net rating (+22.6) in January.

How's he doing after the injury?

I'd heard it was the same thing Isaiah Thomas and Jonny Flynn had that effectively ended their careers.

Seems like he recovered 100% from the injury.
