I said this a week ago before this process was even over. I saw the writing on the wall with how the Giants were moving in this process and that they was playing with fire. I support Flores for being 10 toes. Most Black coaches just accept the BS these teams be on, but complain behind closed doors because they are afraid. Flores is not afraid.

There actually could be bad press of having Flores on the Market and not Hiring when many feel he is the best coach out there right now on the market. It would really put a spotlight on this process league wide.

cool, giants still made the right hire.

daboll has a plan in place, flores couldn't name who he wanted as oc in his interview.

Flores wanted the Giants so bad like I said he did, he is willing to get exiled for this process he was put through.

Where is the racism in it? Worst case is they simply changed their mind, how is it known that race was the reason? I didn’t see that in those texts

Dan Quinn took his name out of ALL coaching jobs. So his reason is much deeper than Daboll and Flores. Jerry promised him something for that. Trust. Dan Quinn is the next head coach of the cowboys the minute McCarthy messes up. Bet that.

Dan Quinn is also form Morristown NJ. Many reports said it was his dream job.

You think he removed himself from his dream job for that reason? He knew what was up. It was a two man race and he wasn't the fav of the owner or HC.

you keep ducking this point, flores in his interview couldn't name who he wanted as offensive coordinator.

he had 3 weeks and couldn't find one because he has no idea or concept of an offense.

this is all mara's fault, he had no purpose interviewing coaches before getting a gm ... that definitely made flores put all his eggs in the giants basket and is now mad that he didn't get it.

If the Giants are racist they need to be held accountable. Forfeit all draft picks this year and forced sale of team, GM and management fired

technically they didn't interview him. They just made him aware that all 3 GM finalists had him on there short list.

All the interviewing on zoom and in person came after the Schoen hire.

Mara just reached out because he was Mara's favorite and wanted to make sure he wasn't hired before there GM process was concluded.

I guess Flores took that as he was the favorite...but to get the GM the giants wanted they had to give him full authority to make decision and once Schoen got the job Daboll clearly became the favorite....Flores camp even admitted that

It’s not just the giants. He’s suing other teams and the entire nfl. The fact there is a rule forcing teams to interview minorities was dumb in the first place.

correct I think the NFL where they are really going after which makes sense. The other teams are just part of it because it was part of the hiring process.

giants did absolutely nothing wrong.

in fact flores saying he was informed of interest well before they got a gm ruins his claim with the giants.

4 white coaches with no experience as a HC or didnt deserve it like Pat Shumur.... Have been given a chance to coach this team and not one Black Man has been given a chance in the span. The screams something aint right.

No matter how many people will try to downplay this....

This is a FACT.

The Giants are at the ROOT of this problem in the NFL, and even tho they the home team, they deserve ALL the smoke the will be getting.

the lawsuit says flores said that he was gonna hire daboll as his OC if he got the job.

doesn't sound like a guy that was prepared for the job interview.
