The next Deron Williams.

Careful HB , for saying Harden is a BUM , I’ve been called a hater here

Sure he’s a bum , anyone with sets of eyes can see it

Would you guys do Simmons for Harden?

no, not even remotely close. offseason different story because im not giving harden a 5-year deal.

but in season i wouldnt do it even if it was simmons 4 firsts and 4 pick swaps.

15 fourth quarter points.

GTFO nash. vs an awful tanking team missing its best players. Run a freaking play besides a dribble hand off.

Yes, by an enormous margin. Deron was so bad he lost his job to Jarret Jack.

Thank God you’re not Nets GM , with last sentence you ruined the future of this ball club for a decade

Harden was WAY better than Deron ever was at this peak.

Which makes his decline even sadder. Guy lost a step and can't adjust.

He doesn't even look like an all star anymore.

Giving him a max contract would be suicide.

Harden will have no value in the off season.

Daryl Morey is an idiot who desperately wants him.

Extract all you can from him while you have leverage.

Then watch the Sixers collapse once they realize hes not good anymore.

We are not winning with Simmons. you think nash sucks now? imagine him with that playoff liability.

Harden-KD-Kyrie is still by far our best chance. id rather roll with harden this year and lose him for nothing then trade for Simmons in-season.

Harden is not healthy. We should shut him down now, and hope he's healthy by the time the postseason arrives. Take the option to play an injured Harden out of Nash's hands, he clearly is willing to ruin James' career and our contending chances. If he's a real coach, he can keep us afloat without stars, like so many other coaches have had to do this season.

Harden looks like he's 100% healthy. Is he committed is another question. Dude was MVP level player last year before injury. He didn't forget how to play, dude can get 30 pt triple double when he feels like it.

Can this season be saved? No !!! For that you'd have to address Kyrie and Nash issues.

Right now we all should just monitor what KD thinking and doing.

Simmons is a defensive monster and he fits well with Kyrie. He doesn't have to create here like he did with the Sixers at all.

Just play tough defense and play make.

We get Maxey too and its even better.

Obviously if we do it we have to fire Nash too.

The Big 3 isn't happening anymore. Harden sucks. Hes not going to help us win a title. Get off him while you can.

I like the guy, but we need to be honest. If we can get Simmons and Maxey for Harden I think we do it. Maxey went to war with Morant the other night and held his own.

Simmons could thrive here possibly as a point center and Maxey serves as Kyrie insurance. We need to think bigger picture. I don't trust Kyrie and I want him off this team sooner than later. Pairing KD up with some high upside young players may pay off more than sticking to this losing formula. Harden’s game is looking like it won't age well and Kyrie is a headcase that will be out of the league by 2024.

No matter how ugly it looks you cant do it. The big 3 has been All-time-great elite when together. you have to give them at least 1 more chance. We 100% wont win if we make that trade and that trade will be there in the offseason.

we aren't winning either way.

this has been a failed experiment.

No not current Harden lol. Not at all.

Although current Harden is still better than Deron by the end of his Nets run. The level of decline is similar.

Last year Harden was still incredible. This drop off is uncanny. I think that hamstring injury really **** him. Hes never looked the same.

Yep Harden is gone in the off season for sure. Might as well trade him now.
Although he's not healthy, he looked a lot like when he bailed out the Rockets.
Maybe the talking he did ain't working. He does not care now.

We have a chance to win a title with KD back, kyrie and harden.

we have no shot with simmons. doesnt matter how good his D is. playoffs you set one screen, its a switch and simmons is on the corner out of the play. and then you can ignore him on offense to double team. We already lack spacing.

This team is still all-time elite with the big 3, even with current version of harden. you HAVE to give them one more crack at it.

Cant say that until the big 3 fail to reach the finals again this year. its by far our best chance to win in the KD era.
