Terrible for Jrue, dude deserves it, but somehow he's only missed one fewer game than Khris this season, even though it feels like he's been out more, with his foot and his Covid stint and the beginning of the year. Wild. Good for Khris. Jrue might get in as an injury sub, if someone taps out.

Khris is a great player and has been consistently playing at an all star level for years now. Khris always deserves his shine.

Except this year, but I'll take it.

Khris gets snubbed for stuff all the time, then when he finally gets an accolade, people start bitching about it.

Did midds have an advantage due to his position? I know they had two wildcards but too lazy to figure out if that mattered.

What does that have to do with the fact that Jrue is a Guard & Khris is a Forward?

They aren’t even competing for the same spot.

This is how I feel. This is one of the first times the Bucks got something you could make an argument they didn't deserve. There's been plenty of times over the years that the Bucks didn't get something that they actually did deserve.

Jrue got injured at the wrong time unfortunately. Coaches were not doubt picking based on who had a couple of good game in the past week or so (or on reputation).

The fact that Miami fans have deluded themselves into thinking Herro got snubbed is pretty funny. Guys are bunched up on the fringes but I just don't think Herro's in that group. Certainly could be someday.

Picks all look pretty reasonable to me.

Yeah there were a bunch of guys in the same tier imo. Nice that they made sure that the champions got two. We deserved at least that. Although my sick mind thinks this is all a ploy to keep Giannis from winning the MVP now.

I'm not surprised to see this many of you saying Khris didn't deserve it. The Khris hate has always been prevalent on this board.

If I was really worried Brook couldn’t be the same Brook when he came back, I’d call San Antonio.

Brook, Donte, Nwora for Thad Young and Poeltl

2 things can both be true. Jrue has been better this year and based on this year he should be an All star, Khris making it is moreso recognizing how good he was in the playoffs.
Coach Drew: "Milwaukee has always been a team that I have been intrigued by. When we played them, they were a tough team for us to play. Although we did beat them all four times"

Sure, but Khris is a F and Jrue is a G. If anything argue Jrue vs FVV and Garland as Midds has nothing to do with him not being selected. 14 reserves, 2 gaurds, 3 frontcourt and two at any position. So technically the any position ones could be either but they didn't specify.

It means I don't really give a **** how the coaches vote but at least we got 2nd player into the game.

Sure, but Khris is a F and Jrue is a G.

You're right - Khris is listed as a straight-up F.

The All-Star G/F thing is absolutely stupid - and that has nothing to do with Khris - but it's not Khris' fault. I think that: 1) this isn't considered (I know I didn't), and 2) people are mostly just expressing desire for Jrue to make it (in light of (1)).
