Harden and Embiid are made for each other but if Harden thinks he can get away with his loser energy bs in Philly he has another thing coming for him.

The last two teams he went to were Cleveland and Los Angeles who weren't even playoff teams without LeBron. I don't think he's the ring chasing type.

Said it when they immediately constructed their "paper" dynasty all of *checks notes* 385 days ago. That many Beta personalities on one team is never going to work. Hard disagree with anyone suggesting this version of Harden would make the Sixers favorites. He just ain't that player anymore.

I hate Harden, but Philly is already 3rd in the conference without Simmons, if the core of the trade on Philly’s side is Simmons and you’re basically just adding Harden to that, they’re going to be trouble.

Have long felt Embiid with a legit shot creating/playmaking lead guard to take pressure off him would be completely unstoppable. He’s now already unstoppable without that, him and even a fatass version of Harden version would be beastly.

No team with Harden will ever be beastly. He's simply a lover. Philly will have to throw in more too. I'm guessing Maxey is in the deal, and he's been the key to Philly this year.

Hoping the nets get more than just simmons and hold form on who they want back.
I could see this being a assinine 1 for 1 deal that would piss me off

No way they give up Maxey also. Fat Harden doesn’t have tons of suitors where there is a mutual interest. Sixers are perfect and Nets get bailed out with an asset in Simmons who fits their squad perfectly.

Chemistry is a funny thing though, as we're learning this year. The ball in Harden's hands just a little bit more, less for Maxey and the other couple of players having nice seasons, plus Doc Rivers who is just an all-time terrible butthole clench coach in the playoffs, and the 6ers are done, paying Embiid and Harden a combined $90 million for the next 5 years.

Shams report said the Nets want significant additions added on top of Ben in any deal. I took that to mean Maxey and maybe a pick or something.

That Harden “highlight reel”…ouch.

I do think he would be a decent fit in Philly, if Morey wants to go that route.

I watched that game a few years back…when he quit against the Spurs. Not sure he ever wins a title.

Simmons in Brooklyn kinda makes me laugh. That would an epic mix of personalities.

Is Simmons vaccinated?

Also I am so here for Philly paying Harden the max or super max or whatever it would be. Fitting end to the process.

The Nets side of this is hilarious. We pretty much all agreed here a year ago that the Nets would be formidable for 1-2 seasons at the most before it all got too crazy and blew up in their faces, but trading away Harden and getting no less combustible is just **** beautiful.

As much as I think the Harden contract will be a Trainwreck for philly down the tracks, a trade now would suck for the bucks. 76ere gets significantly better this year and nets only get slightly worse with maybe better chemistry. Simmons will fit better once KD is back.

Best case scenario is Morey is too stubborn to pull the trigger, they get nothing for Simmons and harden continues to sulk on the nets.

If Harden couldn't get it done with KD, I don't see it with Embiid. Especially with the hit Philly's defense would take. Simmons on the Nets would concern me far more.

Ehhh it’s a fun time to rip on Harden but nah, the CP3/Harden teams were pretty beastly. The 17-18 Rockets are one of the best teams ever to not win the title.

I would be stunned if Philly did both Simmons & Maxey for Harden.

I know KD wanted to be in NYC but at this point i have to wonder if he's regretting his decision.

Would love it if he just decided to force a trade to Milwaukee for Khris and whatever, much as i love Khris. Can you guys imagine KD in the Khris role?

Come on Kevin, just feed into the narrative and do it one more time. The memes have already been made. Do it, p.ussy

Harden quitting on the Nets already is so fitting.

Brooklyn knew what they were getting into after what he pulled in Houston to get there in the first place.

Dealing Harden for a guy that’s given up millions to sit all year long because he choked so bad in the playoffs is perfect too.
