When we retool from the Lowry/Jimmy/Bam era straight into the Mitchell/Bam/Jokic era >>>>>>>

That reports gotta be Bs. That’s the exact type of asset they need if they want to get Luka some serious help and they’ve been linked to guys like McCollum. Unless they view him the way we do Tucker when it comes to winning a championship.

With Markieff Morris looking done it's paramount we get a replacement at the 4 now without question.

Unless a Doctor will not approve they should be able to get the exceptionImage

It's usually the other way round. It's the Heat who push players to return sooner from injuries. The Winslow and Dragic situations are recent example. So if the medical staff are holding you back that tells me its pretty serious injury

In a dream world Ibaka would get bought out. He can interchange with both Bam and Tucker. Come in for Bam at center then bam subs for PJ and PF and we run big with Ibaka and Bam. I don’t like the young fit anymore tbh, I don’t like Millsap either. Both may thrive with us, idk.

I was watching how Ibaka moves, he looks like damaged goods. He might need a whole off-season to get his back right

Idk man, last game against AD he had 20-8-2, game before that he had 14-11. Combined for 15-22 shooting. No 3s though but he’s shown the ability to be able to hit them at a good clip.

Using the disabled player exception will still put them in the luxury tax if they decided to use it. Maybe this is why they haven't filed for one. If they did then an independent doctor from the NBA would have to come in and confirm that Markieff is not able to play anymore. I think this would have happened already if that was the direction they wanted to go in. They could be looking to trade him and have another team buy him out. Roster spots and luxury tax are a big issue with us and every spot is at a premium.

I’m sure we’ll see him again. But in what uniform?

Ah, poor guy. May have some nerve damage. He may have grounds for a suit against Jokic now.

Depends on the injury/condition.

This one feels more like Bosh (which could have affected the rest of his life) than an ankle (for example) basketball injury. He wanted to play, but us and every other team wouldn’t let it happen.

Playing with a bum ankle is a lot different than playing with blood clots or a spine condition.

Reading the article he seems to want to play but I don’t see it happening with the Heat. Possibly not any other team either- we will see.

Well, it looks like Harden's coming to Philly. Interesting trade at this point in time. The Nets are going to be a very different team with this new dimension of Simmons, Kyrie and Durant.

Philly will be lethal with the combo of Harden and Embiid.

Veeeerrrry interesting.

Definitely don't want harden in Philly, a swap of Ben for Harden makes Philly drastically better than what people think.

Return to Miami Heat
