When Dave Benz just mentioned that it made me really sad for a moment.

But this team is different. They just have to stay healthy and we will see them in the playoffs.

It really is sad how bad this team has been the last 17 years besides one.

The last 17 don't mean sheet. All that matters is this year. Go Wolves.

I’m sure it’s only the 2nd time since 2005 that the Wolves have been over.500 this late in the season.

I loved watching KAT drive to the basket with impunity, Jaden McDaniels making all those three’s, and Malik Beasley could not have picked a better time to go off and raise his trade value!

I didn’t like that it took so long to pull away from the Pistons, but I was surprised how confident I was that we would win down the stretch. Most seasons, I feel the opposite. This is a new era!

A tough С + long comboforward seems to be a good combo to defend Towns.

So is the ability to push him out of bounds or hit him repeatedly either with your body or hand without sending him to the line. Towns shot no free throws despite being hit at least a dozen times. Beef stew should have been bench stew last night. Probably foul out a couple of help defenders as well.

I love seeing KAT attack like that. Stewart had zero shot at staying in front of him… it’s a thing of beauty.

But damn i hold my breath every landing that he doesn’t tweak a foot or clutch for his knee

Even in years before this season I really wanted to follow the team more closely but now that I am an adult (at least on paper) I wasn't able or willing to spend the nights watching the Wolves lose. But this year it's been different.

Spoiler:
Hate to be that guy, by the way, but I can't help but think that despite the much improved team something is bound to happen to break our collective spirits and hearts. Because Timberwolves, that's why. I kinda hope I just jinxed the jinx.

Return to Minnesota Timberwolves
