I think that he probably does need a change of scenery, but at the same time, I can't say that any of the individual "tantrums" was all that alarming. A lot of them felt like people trying to make something out of nothing...like this one...so I don't know how many there really are to add up when we take out the nothingburgers.

You're confusing how long events have been happening with how OFTEN they happen.

I do. You don't know how often players argue with coaches in the nba. It is not rare. It's barely infrequent.

Is once a year rare? We can play semantics all you want. You won't win it. If you haven't seen a player fight with a coach prior to this you don't really follow the league.

It seems like you’re already used to CJ’s low percentage shooting so Randle won’t be much of a difference.

Just prepare yourself for some spin move turnovers, lack of effort and poor body language, an inability to affect the game without the ball in his hands and below average defense. If this trade happens, of course. Which it won’t.

If we are getting CJ it’s because this front office thinks they can pull a ‘Bulls’ and pair Randle with CJ like LeVine was paired with Vucevic and later Derozan. Never mind that both of those players are better. It’s the Knicks. They don’t use logic.

Rare is a comparative term. It means not occurring very often. So it very much is semantics because you're going to pick nits about what not occurring very often means. Thecsemantics is in the application of thecdefinition not thr defonition itself. Nice try.

Is Christmas rare because it only occurs omce per year? Or is it not rare because it occurs once per year?

So I come back to my point ... if you are saying you have never seen a player argue with a coach you haven't been watching. There are a number of recorded incidents which have occurred in the NBA. Add Draymond vs. Kerr to the pile, btw.

If you believe it doesn't occur very often that's up to your subjective beliefs.

Unless they're actually quiet and keep things secret, I'm shocked about the lack of trade rumors for Randle. Could it be because he's a pathetic disgrace or that the FO is actually good at keeping it quiet? Eh I don't trust anything or anyone with this franchise. Haven't for the last 20+ years. I always expect the worst.

I guess I just expect something to happen and I want assurance that it will happen. At the end of the day I just want this loser gone.

The good news is he's trending up lately. He's over 50% from the field in 3 of his last 4 and has put up some nice efforts. I don't think we find a taker for him now, but if he can close the season strong then an offseason trade might be possible.
