As the deal unravels it’s crazy. I love the Pels lineup and with Nance involved I like the price a little more.

I seem to be more ok with this than most. That frp can be good, the blazers clear max space. I think Nance's value was likely two seconds, so in my mind they got out of a lot of CJs money and a fro then traded Nance for about value

Why not? Most teams don't jump from outhouse to penthouse in one go.

Pels have been very clear that they want to get Zion into the playoffs, and they definitely upped their talent level here.

How are you able to get this value for CJ and that low for Powell. Feels disturbing, POR should at least have gotten a 1st for Norm. Great value on this one though. i felt Hart and expirings would be fair.
