Horst should have got on the phone with Vivek Ranadivé (this smells of his incompetence) and tried to swing a deal for Hailiburton. Probably could have said the guys going back his way have "championship experience" and he'd accept on the spot lol

We all know that Sterling ruined the Clips, Kohl bungled the Bucks for two decades, etc. But the Kings are special in their ability to be one of the bottom 3 teams in the league despite multiple owners, multiple Gms, and endless rebuilds.
