Wow. Haliburton is a centerpiece young talent. For sure. He and Duarte are a pairing.

Nice to get Halliburton I think, but DAMN steep price. Thompson is a buyout I presume and Heild while he can stroke 3’s when hot he also is similar to Doug McDermott being very streaky.

Probably not. Haliburton is a MAJOR piece.

I did not want to trade Sabonis. The 2027 pick we gave up could be the Utah pick we got yesterday. at least we send Sabonis West.

I wouldn’t be surprised at this point

And for the Brogdon haters, this likely means he’s gone asap at the draft or this summer. Hali and Duarte are a prime young pairing at the guard spots.

is there a need to trade Myles with Sabonis gone? I would've preferred a Myles trade, but I don't see why we'd trade them both.

If you think Jackson/Goga can be your centers anytime in the future, it’s kind of “now or never” in terms of dealing Turner for any solid value.

2 teams trading their best player, while it feels weird, it feels awesome to get Tyrese.

Awesome, I have watched him play and it really seemed like the Kings misused him with more emphasis on Fox and Heild. Or maybe Fox was a selfish player.

To be honest, I haven't watched Haliburton play one single minute of basketball.

Is he more of a legit point guard than Brogdon?

Great news... if I have seen one more Sabonis TO when he is forcing his bad ballhandling I would probably crash monitor

Absolutely and they’re over Fox who they’ve retained so far. They did get rid of Buddy which was a player they were fine with trading.
