how can Leon be held accountable for his actions when he won't even speak to the media?

He’s a coward. You cannot have an absentee media policy in NY and not win. This is why Randle thinks speaking is optional too. It starts at the top.

Speaking to the media isn't how you have accountability in an organization

Fans can stop supporting the product and ownership can demand accounability, but talking to the press is just a circle jerk for the benefit of sports reporters that have nothing to write about.

Like I have argued about Thibs when people defended his trash coaching...and when people argued the booing. Make Leon/Dolan/Perry stand mid court before every game...we will see them get booed out of the building too. But they get to hide...like Randle did. Thibs gets to flat out lie. No accountability. you forgot to put "contract" after Russ

Russell’s contract is way shorter, his stats may even be better - even as a mere third wheel. Compare their current stats including even Russ’s greatest knocks: turnovers, field goal and three point percentage. Westbrook is better, his contract is more suitable and there really is no drawback at all in trading Randle, Kemba and Fournier for him today. Look up their stats before telling me otherwise. I’m serious.

And Russ may not even be done. Who knows what he can do between RJ, Cam, Obi and Mitch. I want a rebuild, but that team may even be more successful than the current trash.

If we ship all those players our for Russ he most definitely isn't going to be our 3rd wheel. He is going to be the man here.

I'm sure there are some stats that show he is doing well - same line could be used for Randle. Russ is washed no way around it.

I get that he fills a position on need, frees up obi, and has a shorter contract. I'm just not gonna buy into that Russ is a solution. He is a problem.
