you got to love kyle farnsworth, he's consistent. just b/c throwing the ball as he hard as he could right down the middle of the plate didn't work the first time- he didn't let anybody change his style. he stuck to guns. even when it didn't work the second or third time.....he's got pride in what he knows how to do best.

So you want the Sox to blow a 14.5 game lead and lose the divison on the final week, nice.

Nobody said they were hoping for the team to lose. But if they have a better chance to win the World Series by resting guys I'm all for it. If that means no divison title I'm fine with that.

So lets play all our starters from here on out and have all our starting pitchers go 6+ inninngs and work out our bullpen just to win the freakin divison. Great idea

Yanks lose this afternoon, putting the lead to 2 games. And I believe it is 5 games as a magic number for the division.

now all we need to do is get rid of "Boston's Future"
"The guy is an idiot," Pedroia said regarding Cabrera. "I dropped my bat. It kind of freaked me out. I was upset they took him out of the game. He is good to hit. He's 9-15. The guy [stinks]."
