Timberwolves out: Malik Beasley, Josh Okogie, Leandro Bolmaro, and the Wolves 2022 first round pick top 4 protected.
Timberwolves in: Julius Randle.

You get 2 defensive minded wings with upside that would fit well with Thibs scheme. Beasley would mean you always had 3 point shooting on the floor (between him and EF,) or you could move him again for another protected 1st. I know it isn’t the sexiest offer, but Randle is having a down year and it gets his money off your books while adding some decent young talent.

Beasley is a problem, but this is the easiest yes I've seen from an opposing fan proposal in a long time.

Please weigh in on my question as well? Can he function as a 3rd or 4th option?

Yes he’d be fine taking less shots playing with Edwards and Kat as opposed to Fournier and kemba!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think the battle lines are drawn and it’s up to Morey to fold and give Brooklyn everything they want or the deadline to pass.

nets have little leverage. Harden can walk in the offseason and he clearly doesn't want to be there

The Nets leverage is that they keep the better player for a playoff run this year. And that matters with Embiids health. Even in the off-season they hold leverage because it doesn’t make sense for them to trade to a divisional foe. And Philly doesn’t have cap space to sign him outright. Lastly, Covid numbers are pretty low in the city. It’s not out the realm of possibility that Kyrie is allowed to play home games again.

That phrase lacks pith.

Gotta be four simple syllables to catch on… But Dolan is too removed to care either way.

“Where is Leon” would be perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds great let’s go

Cole is a PG. obviously he won't be in the trade.

Sometimes we are allowed to get misfit bust PGs. They let us get Dennis Brick Jr. Might as well take Coleslaw. At least it would be a good story to see him wear the jersey

Harden is an unrestricted FA at the end of the year and he clearly doesn't want to be a Net

Philly might not have the cap space to sign him outright but all they have to do is attach a couple 1sts to Tobias and send him somewhere like OKC or DET, then trade Ben Simmons (which shouldn't be hard if they lower the asking price) and they'll have the space....none of that is in the Nets control, so it behooves them to act quickly

Pistons also have the most cap space this offseason....and we've got none. so not only can they sign Brunson, but they can also make Mitch an offer we can't beat

I don't want Brunson at all. The worst reasoning I've heard is "Rick Brunson was Leon's first client". Lol what a joke. Stop adding salary. Draft a damn PG.

Leon & Co deserve that to happen to them but it would be a gut punch to see Mitch go

Trade Idea:

NY gets:
Russell Westbrook, Goran Dragic, Talen Horton-Tucker

La Lakers get:
Julius Randle, Kemba Walker, Alec Burks

Toronto gets:
Kristaps Porzingis, Frank Ntiliknia , 2nd round pick from LA, 2nd round pick from NY

Dallas gets:
Paskal Siakam,

Knicks do this to clear cap room

Because the Knicks want to get some random veterans to win now. They are not looking to unload contracts and build through the draft.

In fact, I don't think the Knicks will be using another first round pick under Thibodeau.

Probably happens. Knicks striking out on this year's efforts AND next years.

Other teams make real moves, Knicks trade for Cam Mudiay.
