I hope they Money Ball the crap out of this front office

Any team that does not lean heavily on analytics is going to either get taken to the cleaners on deals or draft poorly or both. The teams that do leverage data analysis have a clear advantage.

Every time I read they hired another geek that exclusively dates spread sheets I affirm these choices with a Jack Nicholson head nod

Hopefully they See Frank/Mitch combination without scoring is dominant defensively. The numbers dont lie!!! Just need some scoring who dont need the ball around RJ,Mitch, Frank, and the top pick.

What about player development? Scouting? A front office that values defense and efficiency?? That's what makes winning franchises.
