HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

I warned their fans. THJ is Tim Thomas 2.0. Perform well just in time for his next contract. Helps that they've got a way better fit in Bullock who's been lighting it up since he got more opportunity.

All I can say is thank goodness Mills isn't our GM still. 100% would be in on this dude

They want to move him so they can retain Brunson more than anything else. We're going to clear caproom in hopes of getting Brunson, and of course he'll just take the Mavs offer cause there's no state income tax.

They wouldn't move him if they didn't have a replacement IMO

Dragic would never play a minute for this team. The trade unloads vet's so the young guys have more of an opportunity to play

Dragic would play for us, if it were just about getting an expiring there are other deals out there. They are specifically targeting him to play him.

Mfs forgetting Thibs is the coach

they want to move him but no one is taking THjr horrible contract without a lot of salary coming back.

They can't just move him for expirings. Fournier got more value.

Oh my sweet summer MpHarris, you still have hope?

The Pacers are interested, they have the Ricky Rubio expiring. The Clippers have RoCo and Ibaka who are expirings, they work for him.

We're not getting Brunson.

It's just a coincidence we'd be trading for a vet, who is also a PG

This man balled out in the playoffs.. there’s obviously some potential in him. But nah let’s get Dragic and a trash pick! Fk the youth!

Man, I'm so excited for Tom Thibodeau making trades and signings.

It all worked out very well for the Timberwolves!

*checks notes*

Trades Zach Lavine, Kris Dunn and #7 pick (Lauri Markannen) for Jimmy Butler and #16 (Justin Patton)

Butler asks out a year later and is traded for Robert Covington, Dario Saric and Jerryd Bayless

Drafts Josh Okogie

Signs Jeff Teague, who is at the end of his career

Brings in Deng, Rose and Taj

Signed Andrew Wiggins to 5 year max deal - I guess it looks good year later but at the time was an albatross they needed to trade a pick with

Instead of finding up-and-coming players to complement his young core, Thibodeau relied too often on veterans—most often his Bulls retreads—to prop up his best players.

Kemba/Rose still on the team and Dragic hasn't played a damn minute all year. He isn't going into our rotation.

3toheadmelo wrote:We don’t even know what Cam can do with extended minutes and y’all ready to give up on him. This board deserves Fourni3r and Burks fr

We know what he can do - he can be mediocre like all our other wings.

I think trading Cam is really about shedding contracts to regain some flexibility to acquire a better player this summer, while recouping a pick.

Maybe your dreams of Ayton aren't dead yet  #mindgames

Spoiler:
Ideally we can shed Burks and Noel (better yet Fournier) without trading away Cam so we can see how he looks, but I'd temper my expectations about his game.

Thibs will glue Kemba to the bench, he fell out of the rotation already for Burks to start at PG. If we're trading for a vet PG like Dragic he's going to play. These fools still think they can make the play in, they aren't going to trade for anyone that can't help this team win games in their minds.

I don't think Thibs has major say in this. They brought in the predator and he's ''consulting'' them on this trade

They're trying to compete and have full bird rights on Brunson. They're not limited in what they can offer him in FA. They were limited on the extension.

THJ trade has nothing to do with re-signing Brunson.
