KD liking the post is not giving Sixers any leverage. It's just a green light to go ahead and try to trade him. Without KD's consent, nothing was going to happen. Or maybe a trade is already done...
We don't know anything about Simmons at this point, so I am not sure if bringing him in February is the best idea, or bringing him at all.
