2010 wrote:Yo, Leon Rose might be the most unlikeable Knicks head honcho in my lifetime.

• Mills was awful but he at least had the courage to address the media
• Phil was an **** but he at least had a plan (that failed)
• Grunwald looked like Ms. Doubtfire but he built a winner
• Walsh needed his naps but was professional and accessible
• Isiah had his faults but at least that mfkr was active
• Layden was disgusting but…ummm, team had high character. Iono
• Checketts/Grunfeld couldn’t draft but we always made the playoffs

But this regime man? Something about them is just infuriating!

What do you want to hear from Leon Rose?

"We're constantly looking to do what is best for the franchise and to improve our team, first by establishing a culture of professionalism. In order to achieve that we have a plan that we will execute, which will establish a culture of professionalism bla bla bla". Parole parole...

Anything substantial that Leon says can be held against him. He can only paint himself into a corner or raise fan expectations.

So he will only share platitudes or make posturing comments that are not intended for the fans anyway.

He needs to held accountable for his decisions and the money he spent last off-season.

So Chanel approves of the silence, the hiding, and maybe the moves too!

Held accountble how?

If the Knicks shed some of these contracts, it will be an admission that these moves were mistakes and that the FO is holding itself accountable.

The FO should be judged by the moves they make and their impact on the outlook of this team. Ultimately, his survival as a POBO will depend on that.

Addressing the media and reporters saying "Bad Leon, bad Leon" doesn't change the outcome. Him sharing his strategy makes him lose leverage and paints him into a corner as it will be harder for him to change course in case a better course of action presents himself.

I never wanted Leon Rose and do not think he should be holding that position by the way.

I'm convinced Knicks fans just want the team to make a trade just to make a trade.

You’re leaving out a lot of context

We probably could of if Noel’s bum ass wasn’t injured.

How can we possibly make a trade with a win now team when the player they covet can’t play

Dont change the fact that he pussy. Hee afraid of the Media and to take tough questions about this trash that he help build since he been here. Its been misstep after misstep.. At least Brian Cashman had the balls to face the Media. John Mara got more heart than Leon Rose.
