We got Precious and dropped about 10-12 spots in the draft, which could actually be better in terms of financial flexibility versus getting nothing.

Sure looks like a disaster.

What do you mean by financial flexibility? Do you just like to use terms without understand how it actually applies here? You realize we are over the cap and will have the MLE only regardless of this move lol.

Second round picks don’t have rookie scale contracts or guaranteed salary. Thanks though.

I’d be surprised if Eubanks gets many minutes. He’s a 905 candidate if I’ve ever seen one.

If you deal Birch, he can easily slot into that spot.

TBH I haven’t seen him play but those starting numbers (I guess what Poeltl was out?) look decent.

If the Raptors are still interested in THT as Fischer says then I think a move for him could still happen with Boucher maybe?

deal involving Birch and Svi/Flynn makes sense here if we're trying to either bring in a C that has more years, or just clean up our books.

The trade is essentially: Half a season of Thad Young for a pick swap (late 1st for an early 2nd).

I can live with that. Goran was not an asset and anything Eubanks gives is gravy.

Lmao we are over the cap but have the full MLE. What financial flexibility does this add/change for the Raps?

Some of you homers are wild, finding new ways to justify a bad trade.

Based on the 20th pick, up to $2.7M in salary for year 1 and not needing to guarantee $2.8M in year 2. Any more questions?
