That might be the plan. If Ayo can drop in the 2nd round then Champagnie also as an upperclassman can too.

Take a scorer or a C. Will be options at 31. Even a Walker Kessler could still be available there. You're just not in the driver's seat anymore.

Walker Kessler "should" be drafted between 10 and 15.

JD Davidson? Trevor Keels? Max Christie? I've actually really liked Jaime Jaquez since last season, the dude is clutch AF! And I also like Justin Lewis and Julian Champagnie, but I need to do a lot more research on all of them before the draft.

One guy I think people need to stop sleeping on is Trevion Williams from Purdue. People slept on Jokic because he was a "sloppy fat boy", but look at him now. I don't think Williams is a future MVP but if we're talking about feel for the game he's second to none. He also fits a position of need. The kid reminds me a lot of Beer Papi offensively with his passing abilities. I might go as far to compare him to Vlade Divac.

A lot of reports that scouts consider this a weak draft. I agree there is no generational talent and it's not as good as last year but I don't consider it weak.

Disappointed we traded down in the draft for a rental of Thad Young, doesn't make any sense to me.

Drafting 31 pulls almost everyone I liked out of play, I haven't been focusing on that range.

Walker Kessler is the guy I'd want, but I don't think he's going to be available in the 2nd Round. Damn.

I'm not high on either of them

Yeah, but they're in our range and fit our needs (Williams obviously, but Moore too if you buy his shooting).

My guess is the following will be gone when we pick:

Banchero, Chet, Jabari, Ivey, Davis, Mathurin, Sharpe, Mathurin, Griffin, TyTy, Murray, Baldwin, Daniels, Beauchamp, Agbaji, Duren, Kendall Brown

That's 17 guys and right now we pick 20th, so add 2 more picks before us. Let's say Jovic because he's the top Euro, Eason because he's a big wing with good stats and shooting improvement.

With those guys gone, I can't say there's someone who I've seen and love. Maybe we will move the pick tomorrow just because we don't love anyone from the Sochan-Wesley-Christie-Williams-Moore-Ingram-Hardy-Keels-McGowens bracket.

I guess Masai felt this way very strongly. I'm a little surprised he didn't fall in love with Sochan.

I think Kessler could be available in the 2nd round. There is not many team that needs to draft a C.

You're right, it's possible he falls for sure. I'm over the initial shock now, I feel better

Just need to familiarize myself with some guys projected in the 25+ range. I still trust Masai to get someone decent with the pick

OMG, I would be sooooo happy! OKC is going to take him with the #30 pick.

PG SGA - Jerome/Maledon
SG Dort/Ivey - Mann
SF Giddey - Kenrich/Bazley
PF Poku/Jovic - JRE
C Kessler - Muscala

If they move up, could add Chet, Banchero or Jabari.

After moving back, I've decided our likeliest pick is Keon Ellis.

Should just sign Moses Brown. He could be a 7'2 level prospect similar to journeyman Chris Boucher.
