But do they have a chance to beat Philly? lol

Well what are the chances you think Embiid is hurt when they play?

No team with Harden will ever win a championship. Still if Morey is smart enough to not extend him, they are the winners. Simmons is a net negative.

JBreezeNY wrote:So Morey gives up 2 first rounders but they don’t lose Maxey or Thybulle. Evens out IMO.

Ben fits pretty well in Brooklyn, they desperately need defense more than anything.

This is a great trade for both sides, nobody is a loser.

Except the Knicks.

We always lose someway somehow.

nah Nets still lose, they traded all their FRPs until 2027 for James Harden.

Also Simmonds will not be able to handle NY Media if he couldn't handle Philly.

I say us Knicks fans go to Nets games and boo Simmonds until he goes back into hiding.

only downside of this Harden deal....we play Brooklyn on the 16th. no way Simmons is ready in time. so they'll be w/o KD, Ben, and Kyrie. bad tank W

Probably the same as KD or Kyrie being injured

Thing is, the Nets needed defense most. If healthy, they're more dangerous now imo. That if...

I think the Nets had to do this with the ship sinking.

why wouldn't simmons be ready...if he's been working out which I expect. They have no one healthy they will play him just because they need bodies

Durant is hurt and rehabbing right now... So I would think he'd be healthy. The other three can go down at any moment. Simmons is durable.

Cavs might not be loaded but they’re a sneaky team that will upset one of them.

I think the Sixers won that trade. They have a legit shot now.

I can't wait to see the defensive rate stats when Curry and Mills are on the floor at the same time.
