Does this give Dallas more ability to keep Brunson or less? Spencer may not play much. They really just got rid of KP.

Actually, Knicks can announce trade after 3pm. As long as the front offices calls NBA HQ and say that they have a basic framework in place.

I'm guessing NBA admins looking at 4:59 and saying "IDGAFFFFFFF... my day is done"
