A strong front office head would know how to control an organization and put a well known hard headed head coach in his place. My guess is the Leon Rose doesn't have experience in doing that.

I'm waiting for Thibs to pull a Larry Brown at some point. For those that were around for that, you know that didn't end well all the way around, not the coach, not the front office, not the players.

i used to feel that way until i took a deep dive and came to understand the essence of flygod as a character. i REALLY enjoy him now.

first time i heard that grating voice i couldn't deal. i guess i got past that and then saw the vision.

I'm going to go on record with this.

It's not even a big stretch but I'm making a guarantee.

Our first round pick, regardless of where it lands, will be traded for a veteran.

And if by some miracle it is not, that drafted player will not crack the rotation next season.

My wife and I always pray that somehow, someway, we will see RJ, McBride, Reddish, Obi, Grimes, Mitch, Quickley play while we don't have to see Kemba, Fournier, Burks, Taj. We actually have some decent young talent that would be fun to watch. In the past, I thought playing the kids we had was just a neutral move because our young talent was ass. The vets we had were just as good at losing as the kids. Now, we actually have some young talent and we still don't play them. Super frustrating. I think Thibs time is done, we're going to keep seeing the same watered down boring ass vets compete for the 12th spot in the east. Would be nice to tank while developing at the same time. It's totally possible with this group.

Yeah that wasn't happening. Thibs knows he needs a PG and is trying to win now. He wasn't looking for a buyout no way.

Letting Thibs have any real say in roster moves is a disaster.

Or they'll use that pick as an enticement to move one of their own overpaid vets...and then go and use the money to sign another vet to an overpaid contract.

I said the same, it could be the 1 pick and you'll hear about us trying to get Lillard with it.
