The Magic gave Fournier away for 2 seconds, why would any team give up anything significant for him when he's got 2 full seasons left before a team option. The only tradeable players that teams may want are all our young players, even RJ, outside of that who is trading for these guys? The Sixers let Burks walk for nothing.

The team is built around Randle, them not committing to full 4 year deals doesn't make it any less true. These guys were brought in to help him as our featured player, and saying he took less than the max doesn't mean much when he's not even playing up to his current contract.

Dolan hates the media and is ok with Rose refusing to speak to the media. Dolan hates the fans, hence as to why Rose finds it acceptable not to justify his moves or in this case lack of moves to the media and the fans yet the Knicks have the most loyal and knowledgeable fan base and yet get treated like garbage in return

Thank God we at least didn't jettison youth and draft capital for another "win now" vet for Thibs to overuse while chasing the play-in and pushing our younguns further out of the rotation.

It wouldn't have surprised me to see us actually as buyers at this deadline with the way this franchise generally operates. Imagine if they announced Grimes or even McBride and a 1st for some meh guy. We'd be losin our sht worse than we are now

Don’t give Rose and crew any credit, even if that credit is not to do something dumb, Rose and crew weren’t hired to avoid stupidity, they already didn’t by extending Randle a year before they had to, signing Burks and Noel while adding Fournier and Kemba, they already got their fill of stupid..this was an absolute disaster not ridding these underperforming vets to clear the path for the youth. It’s on thibs for getting so little out of these vets so they had zero trade value, and on top of it thibs refusal to play the kids even made their value around the league non existent because other teams have no clue how good any of these kids really are..

Fans shouldn’t show up to msg until Rose speaks to explain his plan..their is no clear direction this franchise is taking..they are no closer to contention under Rose as they were with Mills the worst executive in ny sports history..

Youth doesn’t matter to us. Youth makes sense if you actually play them and then keep them long term. We don’t do either. Charlie Ward is the last draft pick to get an extension. 25 years. Look at the youth on the roster. Mitchell doesn’t have a contract despite he is one of the bright spots. He is as good as gone. You think this club will actually do anything long term with any of the draft picks? You are in a big big surprise

You should off yourself if you do switch up and become a Nets fan.

Watching Knicks basketball is death by a thousand cuts while being water-boarded. Might as well just cut to the chase.

This is last time I'll talk about Cam until he gets the starting rotation playing time: yeah we should have traded Kemba, Fournier, and Burks, but we didn't... but we shouldn't get an F this season because WE GOT CAM!! Also, AT THE PRICE OF KNOX (maybe worst player I've seen in past 20 yrs)!! Cam will be our All Star for years to come!!!

CJ McCollum got drafted at 22yo, and didn't become a starter until he's 25.

Again, some guys are just too talented to fail or for anyone to say they suck, they just know they ain't suck and keep balling!

Really can't say we stood pat just because our trade was not the week/day of the deadline.

As long as the young guys play, then it's fine. Problem is, will they play?
