I want this unit to end the game with Norman (if he can) coming in for Luke. No Morris, no Reggie, no Zu, no Isaiah. The switchability here is what's needed.

We play these guys again Saturday night in a bizarre scheduled two-game series in Dallas. That's the one that matters.

Well, Jumpin James didn't really have power, but I def agree. Just someone like a Leon Powe, Brandon Bass...a paint bully like that.

I'm hoping the Cavs big unit slowly starts turning the league back towards the gritty game I love watching.

We just can't seem to put together a full 48 minute game..once we can do that, we could really end up being a real threat past the play-in stages.

two back to back ass beatings, and now a 51 point game to Luka. next 3 games are Mavs (again), Warriors and Suns. We are gonna be 6 games behind the #6 spot by all-star break

Yah so let's forget the #6. We'll make the play-in easily and win it. Then does it make ANY difference if we face the Suns or Dubs in the first round? #7 is as good a #10.

Ty's job is to preserve our winning culture--which he has done all year and did again tonight!! We lost the first quarter and played them even the rest of the way.

Obviously Doncic and the offensive rebounding were most responsible for the loss, but the refs were awful tonight- they allowed way too much contact from the Mavs D, but not for the Clippers. Very unfair.

Exactly why I'm hoping for 6th seed. Although, that probably means Memphis, not any better tbh. Goal really should be make the playoffs so our pick to OKC is not a lottery pick.

Definitely agree. Realistic goals for this season would be to find a rhythm again & make a play-in spot. Win that and most likely lose in the first round. But put up a dogfight on the way out.

Then we shift focus to off-season roster improvements and fully healthy players. All of them!

I’m terrible at starting game day threads so I’ll stick this here.

Hood is with the team and participated in shoot around this morning. He’ll wear #22. Says that Semi will meet the team in LA.

Where are we even going to find minutes for these players? Meanwhile we'll still get to watch Dallas switch Luka onto Zu all game and go for 50+ yet again
