They were able to defeat the Kyrie-led Nets on Thursday night on national TV. Kuz had his first career triple double, Neto had his best game in months, Bryant had his best game since returning, and the last three 1st rounders got lots of playing time doing some things well!
But now its time to continue the tank.
The new-look 21-36 Sacramento Kings are in DC and they are coming off a big win over the T-Wolves. Sabonis, Holiday and Lamb made their debuts after arriving from Indiana. Sabonis put up, what else? A double double in his 1st game.
The Kings are in the mix for the Play-In Tournament and its clear they are trying to get into the postseason for the 1st time since 2006.
Porzingis, Ish Smith, and Carey are all in DC. We'll see which one of them is available closer to game time.
The Kings won the 1st meeting in Sacramento. The Bullets had a 12 point lead in the 4th quarter and lost it.
