I think he's been fine since he came in. 2-4, 2 assists, getting the pace going.

Idk maybe i'm just not a fan of Mid-range, maybe i give a lot more credit to the shot selection, than the fact if the ball went in or out. For me to being clear i do love his pace and energy he brings to the floor everytime, also in D and also in O.

It's still two points. Dwyane Wade, Beal, Kobe, MJ. Lived on the mid-range. Not comparing them to Ish Smith, but I have no problem with taking a wide open mid-range shot from the free throw line. I understand it's a bad shot if you are 20 feet away. But I'm old school and hate guys passing up dunks and layups that are 99% for an open 3-pointer that may be 40%. That's not basketball to me.

I don't neither, as long as they really are WIDE OPEN, which they aren't. Anyways, Ish actually makes them tonight pretty well, but it's not efficient. Offourse if he's wide open, he should take them. But still let's not forget he's not Kobe or someone that earned the privilege and efficiency to take these shots consistently.

BTW, Gill hustles his ass off. There's no reason why he couldn't have played 5-10 minutes during the season (when it mattered), especially when the team was down just to give them a lift. Not saying he's a rotation guy, but he inspires other guys to play hard.

I just said when the team was down to give them a boost. I didn't say start or put him in the rotation. We've had guys out all season for a 100 different reasons. Wes couldn't find five minutes when the team is obviously lacking in energy and intensity to put Gill in?
