Not a problem, I used to do a lot of video editing/encoding/etc, so that only took me about 2 minutes to whip up.

...also a good clip to have...especially so if the Padres win.

I just downloaded a DivX copy of it, plopped it in Virtual Dub to extract the audio bit, and I have this little mp3 utility to turn wav files into mp3s.
