Wiseman needs to keep it simple when he returns. He was the 2nd highest usg last year and with klays bump in usg there wont be not enough shots to go around.

Catch, dunk and set real screens. We can't have both him and Kuminga pulling the David Lee slip screen every time. One of them needs to channel their inner Bogut.

Yeah that was from last week.

Still, he's getting close. I know a huge chunk of Warriors fans are down on the kid but I'm excited for his return. I believe he will make some kind of positive impact.

Melo and amare should thrive in this offense. If Jeremy Tyler and cole Aldridge looked that good in summer league then us knick fans have a lot to be excited about. Make room for all the bandwagoners when we take off

Getting a lot closer considering they let him do post-practice interviews, I suppose.

I was super down on the kid before, but I aint gonna lie he looks like an absolute physical monster in that interview. Could become a Deandre Jordan with a better jumper.

You got to love how Wiseman perked up when he was talking about working with coach DeJan. Really looking forward to seeing how James looks on the court down the stretch.

Can he be as good as Javale was for the Warriors? Seems like a reasonable expectation for the #2 overall pick.

Warriors are so bad at the center position that adding anyone with size that can finish and protect the rim a bit will seem like a revelation.

Wiseman is in the perfect place. Uber talented, but he's been humbled by the league and social media. He's saying the right things about making simple plays. I hate to say it, but we need him desperately.

Yes, we do.

He needs his body to stay healthy desperately now as well. He has so little high level basketball under his belt from college to now, if his body doesn't stay healthy he will end up missing so much development time.

Fair warning: the closer Wiseman is to getting on the court the more I will hype him up and have his back. So disregard previous responses about him from me lol.

Bring one of Bogut or Luke Walton in to coach screening.

Maybe Kuminga and Wiseman should not play at the same time this year.

What is Wiseman's experience level now? Equal to a college senior? Maybe his basketball theory might be college senior or even NBA rookie level but his body reactions might still more like a college Junior.

Wiseman said his 2nd surgery wasn't as bad as the media made it out to be:

Since Milojevic was a rough, tough blue-collar player himself and has coached bigs like Jokic, Bitadze and Zubac, is there some evidence that he is incapable of teaching someone how to set screens? He seems to have made a positive impact in Looney's board work this season; not sure what evidence there is that we need to discard his efforts and bring in more coaches based on what we've seen from Looney and before Wiseman plays a single game.

Based on all of that, Wiseman might only be a week or two away.

No one has any idea of what coaches are good at or not.. MJ would be a **** coach. Meanwhile Tyrone Lue, who peaked as an 8th man, is a solid coach

Mark Jackson was a good floor general. Too bad he’s a terrible leader

And so on and so on

Return to Golden State Warriors
