Suggs and Wagner and Jalen Green are "exposed"...nowhere to hide when you are thrust into leadership and ball handling roles. Barnes is able to just do what he can do on a team that is able to put him into a limited position to succeed (as others have just said). Kuminga is the best example...even though he's nowhere near the ROY conversation...If he was in ORL he'd be our leading scorer and making Cole look like Tim Duncan-level efficiency. Kuminga can become really great because of the cozy protective nurturing patient situation he's in...

Regardless of what this year looks like, I'd still take Suggs or Wagner ahead of Barnes or Kuminga all day long-term.

Suggs doesn't belong in this conversation

Image

With shooting like this you better be best passing PG since Magic, Nash & Chris Paul. But Suggs isn't that. Suggs looks to be guy you would like to tag along your Curry & Lillard to play defense and do dirty work more than he can be player to build team around.

Just saw Zach Lavine quoted as saying" I should get what I deserve" when asked about the offseason.

IMO Devos and Weham should pull up to Lavines house in a Brinks truck.

He is not leaving tho

Should the Bulls’ campaign play out as internally expected, they’ll have an easy pitch for LaVine in 2022, replete with a maximum contract offer of five years in length and north of $200 million in value. Because the Bulls own LaVine’s Bird rights, they are the only suitor that will be able to offer five years in length, and should LaVine earn All-NBA honors, Chicago would also be the only suitor with the ability to offer him a supermax extension, which would begin with a salary worth 35 percent of the salary cap as opposed to 30.

Bulls are known as historically cheap franchise.

RJ Hampton and Markelle Fultz both practiced in full today.

No word on what their respective statuses are for Friday though.

Doesn't sound like Fultz is gonna go on Friday. But should be in short order?

Fultz is an NBA athelte... if he started ramping up since Decembwr his conditioning, why isnt he back to near 100% by now?

Unless he went full Zion there is no way that conditioning is a problem for this long for an athelte

would it be so bad to try to give your fans something to get hyped about during your worst season in franchise history? :dontknow:

I think neither end up playing this year. There's no reason to.

So this guy on the Fox Sports 1 morning show (which is really entertaining even though these people are so wrong on most of their takes) had the Magic being a play-in team early in the season LOL. The other personalities troll him basically daily about the Magic and he thinks we are "sneaky good" and when healthy will be a playoff team. I am shocked as he seems to be your normal sports network NY sports huffer.

I don’t see Isaac playing this year but there is no reason to keep Fultz out. We HAVE to see what we have with Fultz-Suggs-Cole. We must figure out if there is something there. Clearly shooting is an issue and another piece is required but can these pieces work together? We must answer that.

I don’t see Isaac as a piece of this team anymore. I want to be wrong about this. I’m just not caring about this anymore.

kinda OT but how tall is our coach? I would've thought that Suggs and Fultz were the same height but looking at that picutre.... yeah I admit angle plays a factor but Fultz looks taller than Suggs. I thought Suggs is 6'4ish maybe 6'5 on a good day.

Mosley is 6'7" or 6'8".

He played power forward in college.
