Zaire Wade's (Dwyane's son) amazing stats at the G-League season
He's playing for the Salt Lake City Stars, and currently averaging:
1,3 points
1,9 rebounds
1,2 assists
0,6 steals
0,3 blocks
24% FG
13% 3pt
67% FT
on 15,2 mpg in 19 games, with a 3,2 PER.
How cool is that?
Hope someday we get to see him dueling in the NBA with Bronny James!

To think he’s taking someone’s spot that actually deserves it. Nepotism at its finest.

They say sports is a meritocracy. Guess that's only the case when people care about the sport or league.

I think in this case a more appropriate saying would be "sports is a mediocracy".

Can he beat the Curry's in a couples challenge though with his significant other? Apparently that kind of stuff is what the fans want to see.

His game is not smooth at all, a complete opposite in comparison to his dad. He looks like he’s forcing and trying his hardest out there to compete. He’s simply not that good.
Thanks for all the great memories, LeBron! The show must go on! #Heatnation

NBA king of nepotism league.

Man why hate on a dude that’s just trying to do what he loves? If he’s not good enough to cut it professionally, then he’s not good enough, but to revel in that fact, idk seems like we WANT players to bust. The vast majority of basketball players don’t even make it as far as he has already.

I think the 'hate' is more about him taking minutes away from a player that is more deserving and wasn't just propped up by his famous dad.
Do you honestly think Zaire makes it as far as he has without a rich/famous dad with every connection imaginable in basketball?

You do realize Zaire probably is selling tickets to keep the team profitable. Without guys like Zaire that fans are interested the league might not exist.

Point is he's only there because of his dad. People rightfully hate nepotism.therealbig3 wrote:Man why hate on a dude that’s just trying to do what he loves? I think the bolded is kind of the point though.. He had/has no business making it that far but has because of who his father is. There is someone else out there that is probably more deserving (for lack of a better word) that should be fighting in that spot.

They should just make a league where all current/former players sons can battle it out. Call it the Nepotism League.

Why do you think that LeBron can talk about playing with Bronny so much. Everyone keeps asking is Bronny a nba talent. Helll no. Not even close but it won't matter. Lebron will definitely get him in with nepotism and you can expect similar stats, probably even worse. Fakest video on the internet right here. I would be ashamed if I were the son of the but that's what happens when you stroke your entitled kids ego. Lebron up next:

Re: Zaire Wade's (Dwyane's son) amazing stats at the G-League season
Who cares ? Wade is leveraging himself to put his son in a fortunate position.
It's not like it's a lucrative office job that some trust fund baby gets gifted and continues to hold on to that job until the day he dies.
He'll be never make the NBA anyways and will probably get cut from the G League team. It's no big deal lol. Neopotism means jack **** if you're an athlete, you're either good or you're not.
Front office and coaching have way more disgusting Nepotism practices.
