nah, I agree with you 1000% mang. It’s very transparent where the problem is, but this team has ELITE talent.

How much coaching can he do? The players gotta play defense, rotate, hit shots,etc. Nash has a player’s mindset. He was never coaching material from the start, IMO, but the ELITE spoke, and was granted their wish to fire Kenny and bring Nash in. Wish we could do it all over again because Nash clearly ain’t it lol.

I woulda fired Steve Nash a long time ago and gave the keys back to Vaughn (couldn’t do much worse) and let’s see what happens. All in all the players just need to be better despite the inadequate head coach in place.

Out coached or out-talented?? Nets are literally missing 4 of the best players, while the Celtics are healthy. It would be a major upset if the Nets lost this game by less than 10 pts..

I'm a big Nash detractor but he hasn't even been bad this game. He went to a zone for like the first time in forever and it actually slowed down the Celtics crazy 3pth shooting. WHat more you want??

??? Actually the opposite. Nets went to a zone after a timeout when the lead went to 20+ and then cut the lead to 12... The Celtics were getting open 3's from dribble penetration and semi-transition, so the zone can help with that. Celtics were also hitting far above their %, even when contested.

The big problem is the Nets offense. Nets are having a hard time getting easy looks and when they do Mills, James Johnson, Cam etc are ICE COLD. The constant missing just fuels the Celtics offense and they are getting tons of good looks from pushing the pace off misses. Nets can't fully set up defense since they are missing so much.

Even if the Nets had Nick Nurse, the result would be the same. Celtics have been the best team in the NBA for over a month now. What would you do differently from Nash this game??

We're a team that is dependent on its stars, with a bunch of role players that excel next to them but are extremely limited on their own...and we're without our stars.

People are just delusional if they honestly think coaching is anywhere close to the biggest issue right now.

To Chuck's point, given who is out, this game shouldn't be close. Add in the talent off the bench and the team is SCARY AF.

I know we as fans want to see a W every game and have no patience but we need to just chill and wait for KD and Ben to be 100% and the mandate to be lifted.

Instead we should be worrying about Patty looking worse and worse. Hopefully his confidence won't be all gone by the time KD is back. :pray:
