We could call our D-line the Brick House.

That's a fun read. Carson Strong is a guy I'm intrigued by - not just because he has a great name for a QB. Big, strong arm, quick release, even though he can't run he has good feet in the pocket, reads the field well, 70.1% completions each of the last 2 seasons, 27 TDs vs 4 Ints as a soph in 9 games and 36 vs 8 as a junior. And he's a backup punter, lol - he punted 16 times in college. Not an exciting choice by any stretch - but he might be a winner in the NFL. Remember Joe Flacco had a lot of offseason success in the NFL. Strong seems to be in that mold.

It'd seem odd for Rodgers to prefer Washington over GB, but I'd love to see him here.

Awesome. As soon as they move to Virginia, I will happily lose all allegiance to the team. The only thing tying them to history will be Commander Lil Danny and the Harrassment Legacy. Commanders is a stupid name, Danny has burned up any fan loyalty, far Virginia is even less DC than RalJon Maryland, and I will be a freelance football fan. If the Purple and Black gear didn't annoy me for no good reason I would be a Ravens fan I expect. As a kid I liked the Steelers. Maybe they get me back.

Yeah, time to find a new team to root for. I used to like the Browns - until they moved to Baltimore - just don't think of the current Browns as the same team.

Ruz et al,

I just watched a highlight video of Carson Strong. Tall guy with what looks like A grade arm talent. None of the highlights showed anything but a clean pocket however. He looks intriguing as a round 2 or maybe 3 guy. What do you think?

Snyder is tone deaf. But Jason Wright is not.

There is, IMHO, zero chance that they trade for Watson.

This is all smoke.

I'm just saying. That statement even being smoke at this point is just out there. Like it's just just that Jason wright isn't tone deaf or Dan is. They can't, they absolutely can't trade for him. Like with every thing that happened if Dan Snyder owns this team they can't trade for him at all! Like it looks so bad.
