But yeah if I'm being honest, I was def big time troll on sports forum from age 10 until like 2017 or 18 and def said things that way were across the line but I said to hurt the person because someone getting triggered/annoyed was funny to me during those times. Def still have made trolling/poor comments in recent years though. Thankfully I'm continuing to outgrow that phase and thats why I believe Social Media needs to be taught in schools and needs to be an actual class that kids get graded on. So kids can learn the good and bad of social media, and learn how to use it to their best of their ability.

I think he said a few things in the media though about not wanting to be here in the offseason. He was also under contract here. He might've been a good teammate while he was here but he ultimately chose to bail on those same teammates in order to stay in Miami.

I thought Johnson was the better of the two prospects and Banton was a Canadian experiment. Johnson now is getting regular minutes, got bigger and improved his shot. Banton has a higher ceiling but he has some big holes too.

I think there should be some equity built up by the regulars though… Shouldn’t Pascal or Fred have significantly more rope to fail than Flynn for example. It is a matter of degrees. I do think Nurse rides and dies a little too much but he also throws a lot of crap at the wall too when things really aren’t working. He’s oddly flexible with ideas but stubborn with attitudes about individual players.

Keep grinding and working on yourself dude, and don’t feel like it’s too late to strive for higher goals (if you want to). I took a huge risk not taking a job transfer from Vancouver to Ontario, and instead chose to go back to school at the age of 39 last year. Find something you want to do/achieve and give ‘er. Don't be too hard on yourself, in fact, cut yourself some slack - biggest change ive been trying to make is to change my inner monologue. everytime i catch myself saying "im a piece of ****" or "i hate myself" or "im so stupid" to myself i try to cut it out right away and empower with a positive thought instead

but ya porn aint the best, and weed being used as self-medication / escapism every day can work the wrong way, its all a balance really

try audiobooks with a single earbud at 1.5/2x speed, that **** makes you smarter and its passive learning you can do while doing chores etc!

Thats exactly what I'm doing man, too many years I told myself "I"m too short" "I'm ugly" "Im dumb" "Im black sheep of family" "I dont belong on this planet" "I'm not meant for this life" and many more horrendous comments towards myself. And when you have negative energy, you bring it towards the Internet and thats where troll/hateful comments come from (Misery enjoys company).

Went to Mental Hopsital for few years ago as my brain was gone, was there for few months. It was needed though as it completely change my mindset on life and gave me confidence and positive outlook that I desperately needed. So I appreciate your advice on that!

I have few books on my Audible. Self help books and book about space/universe. I usually listen to sports news/analysis videos on YouTube while I do chores as its giving me entertainment while work. But you are right, def think about listening to playlists that I made for Stock News & Self Help Knowledge. Although when I put those videos on, I get bored sometimes and then makes the chores even more boring so it's def a mood thing for me. But for sure, def need to stack up on the knowledge!
