Heads are exploding on the Raptor board.
Losing to the Pistons and Magic on consecutive nights is ... well ... embarrassing.

Not sure why…. They’re not THAT good AND are missing FVV and OG. It was also games 3 and 4 of a 4 games in 5 nights stretch.

I forgot to say that both games were home games.

terrible game(and still we are better by far than two mounths ago),toronto players really were so tired.
loved Okeke and Hampton, also Harris made very important corner 3s .
Brazdeikis and Schofield having minutes,lol
btw even in bad nights like these, this is the most enjoiable team of last 10 years(except for those two last mounths the first playoff year with cliff);having always on court players like okeke, harris, hampton, wagner, ross, anthony and bamba who could make a 3 ,is really better than mcw, birch and those other terrible iron-hand defenders

Franz can shoot...why isn't he our superstar?
Because Franz doesn’t do the other things that Suggs does? At least, not as well as Suggs. Suggs defense with a killer jumper would be ridiculous.
And I love what Franz has done thus far btw.
Well I would agree if Suggs could shoot he could be a superstar, but Franz is clearly the better player and it’s not just shooting. I would say he has a better chance at being a star than Suggs does. But maybe we end up with two stars…wouldn’t that be something

Wasn't impressed with Barnes. He may have been really tired. Nurse plays him a bunch of minutes and they've played like 8 games in 10 days.

Bamba, Anthony and Hampton have to be in the top 10 lowest iq players in the nba. Toronto couldnt buy a bucket but they scored every time when Bamba was guarding (and those awful bail out fouls). I see some potential in Hampton if we limit his role and if he is really 6'6 (doesnt look like it).
Wagner was a little overwhelmed when trying to create. Thats why he should do it in spurts. His body needs to mature a lot.
I like Schofield he really tries to play the game the right way and is build like athlete not some random nerd.

My money is on Banchero going number 1 !

Mosley confirmed Ross was a DNP-CD. Healthy scratch.

Toronto played a bunch of games recently. And recently had 2 sets of back to back. They are tired.

Lots of good, plenty of bad stretches...if the game was 2 min. longer, we might have been in trouble...it looked like they just rode out the clock with their cushion of a large lead (which I guess is the right strategy, but we were mostly trading misses for makes and dribbling out the clock).
I want to like Cole and he takes and makes big shots, which is fun, but he misses a lot of bad shots throughout the game. I don't know if that kind of decision-making can be corrected...it really just seems like his character. He's just wild and ballsy to a fault.
I really like the ball in Franz' and Suggs' hands (they will improve with experience) and both did well considering TOR's ball-hawking defensive character. They like to run up to 4 guys that are each 6'8 and LOOONG and they can trap and terrorize nervous ball handlers. It wasn't Franz' best performance, in that dept., but considering the opposition, it was quality work. Props to Chuma too, for his poise and BBIQ. He may not ever be an NBA starter but I think he'll be a solid, versatile rotational player for a long time (at least).
