I wouldn’t. That was a really bad breakup. He’s a typical Trump supporter… remember his last words to Knicks fan were “Stay woke”.

U guys are (Please Use More Appropriate Word) if u want KP.

He's done in the NBA and the Mavs knows it. Y else would he be traded for Dinwiddie + Bertans while giving up a pick.

He is a shell of what he was defensively, and on offense he’s just a spot up 3 point shooter, a 7’3” guy that gets defended by point guards. Marcus Smart used to abuse him. That and he misses a ton of games. We dodged a bullet, no thanks.

Couldn't find another place to put this, so bumping this thread. It's Berman, so he adds his own sensational speculation, but if the bold is true its yet another terrible look for Randle.

He has been a mystery wrapped in a riddle. Some might suggest he’s jealous of Barrett’s rising stardom. The last six road games, Randle hasn’t participated in the starting lineup introductions, preferring to stay in the back to warm up. By doing so, Randle misses out on the traditional group huddle after the lineups are called. (He participates during home games).

The worst part of it all was Randle’s extension wasn’t even necessary..all they needed to do was let him play out the last year of his deal to see if regular season last year was a fluke or the playoffs was the norm. Let him play out his final year, I bet he would have had a much better season playing with the motivation of an extension but at least it would have justified giving him a long term deal after 2 excellent seasons

The premature extension is a firable offense. Sheer incompetence to do that after his playoff meltdown

Wild part is they went out of their way to ensure Mitch never got anything other than crumbs and maintained their leverage, to the point of alienating him. But with Randle (and all those other vets they wasted money on) they were eager as hell to back up the Brinks truck.

My gosh, I hate the Knicks!

I wouldn’t be surprised if Randle treats his nose. On some Matt Harvey type schit.

I mentioned this at the trade deadline but really think this should be a priority. We need to Trade Randle, Fournier and Burks for Russell Westbrook and whatever draft pick they choose. I don't care if its a 2030 unprotected.
Buy out Westbrook immediately.

This trade makes sense for everyone. It makes the Lakers better and possibly a real championship contender as Randle will be a great 3rd option. Fournier is an amazing 4th option. Burks off the bench.

We clear our cap room and get a fresh start heading into next year with a New Coach, Young team, Hopefully a top 5 pick in this draft and a shot at Scoot next year.

Honestly this is really the only choice and hopefully we learn to stop overpaying 2nd and 3rd options until we get a true star to eventually join our team.

Read on Twitter

Is the team finding reasons to send him away for rest of season like it did Kemba, to find more pt for kids (esp Cam and Obi)?

This should be a reminder that many people here saw all of this in the first weeks of the season. Some guys here got really angry at us for being so negative, but what is there to say about it now other than we saw the truth and spoke it?

We could tell he was phoning it in after getting the bag and was carrying himself with a truly terrible attitude. That’s on Randle, not the fans who saw him for what he is

I think the new kid isn't his. I know we shouldn't do this, but he's so out of it this year I can't find basketball reasons.

Well, I guess having to play basketball with Burks, Fournier and Kemba constantly could drive a man insane.
