I think the new kid isn't his. I know we shouldn't do this, but he's so out of it this year I can't find basketball reasons.

Well, I guess having to play basketball with Burks, Fournier and Kemba constantly could drive a man insane.

I guess having Thibs as coach would drive one insane

That too, but Thibs lets him do whatever. Still, agreed.

I don't even think he wants that, tbh.

I have Thibs and the FO at each 100% culpable (in varying ways). Randle is definitely melting down, but I think he's "trying" but really struggling.

Randle for KP would have been a no brainer for me. it would literally force the team to tank indefinitely cause he'd be hurt all the time.

Sad part is Mavs probably reject that offer even though Randle is from there and their next best offer is Spencer Dinwiddie they likely opt for the Washington deal.

Get this dude tfoh this offseason, for the love of God!

New York Knicks forward Julius Randle was fined $50,000 for various infractions following an ejection on Friday night. Randle was ejected late in the third quarter, following an altercation with Phoenix Suns wing Cameron Johnson.

The NBA fined Randle for initiating an on-court altercation by shoving Johnson, making contact with a game official and for non-compliance with the NBA's investigation into the incident.

Randle said he called his oldest son, Kyden, and heard it from him.

“I called my oldest after and he was pretty upset at me that I wasn’t down there playing,” Randle said. “It’s more unfortunate we didn’t get the win. My wife was like, ‘Call my son.’ He’s kind of like the boss. I’ll probably think about him next time.”

This schit is getting weirder and weirder. This maniac thinks this family involvement in his job is cute. Something about these people just seems odd and dysfunctional. He goes far out of his way to involve his family in a grab for constant attention. Something’s just not quite…

Yeah, I could be totally wrong and it's just a guy in love with his family, but he really seems to involve them a whole lot. And often when it's a (self-induced) bad moment for him.

Maybe just coincidence because our opinions of him are biased based on his performance and attitude this year. Who knows.

What I do know is they need to find a way to get him off the Knicks before opening night next year.

Nobody is trading for Marbury 2.0… he’s completely tanked his value at this point.

He is done in New York. Maybe we get lucky again and Dallas gives us positive value. Other than that, it will probably be a salary dump. Something like Westbrook for Randle plus filler.

yep offensive foul clear as daylight

Maybe its as straightforward as him not being able to focus when his family is watching? no familia allowed during bubble afaik

Return to New York Knicks
