If we get a 9 PM game I might punch a wall. Even worse for you.

I will not miss any of their games. If we get day games, I'll use my good ol' PTO and skip out of work. :D

Just got home... but I did get a chance to watch the Cubs game and later saw the Brewers lose. There is only one thing to say...

Chicago Cubs - 2007 NL Central Champs!

It's been a long ride throughout the season. A lot of uncertainty, a lot of bemoaning in the game threads day after day. But nights like tonight remind us all why we love the Cubs.

Tonight shouldn't just be celebrated by the players and the organization, it's truly a victory for the entire Cubs Nation. Hell, we've earned it. So everyone get drunk and toast to the Cubs and their fans across the globe. This is our night.

And now the real fun begins.

Thanks, hopefully we'll represent the NL Central, and hopefully eventually the National League well in the Playoffs.

I don't care for the official hat or shirt, but I'll be sure to get one of those roster shirts.

Me too. Wish I could zoom in to see better though.

GO CUBS!!!

In our haste, we forgot to thank an important reason for our success:

Dear Chris Capuano,

Thanks for being a bad luck charm or just flat out sucking. We wouldn't be where we are today if you hadn't directly or indirectly (by your mere presence) caused the Brewers to lose the last 22 games you appeared in.

Love,

2007 NL Central Champion Chicago Cubs
