I wonder if Drummond learned any tricks to guarding Embiid in practice?

I’m going to be very interested to see who Harden guards. Looks like it will have to be Curry. If I were the Nets, I’d be running Curry off as many curl screens as possible to get Harden tired.

My prediction is Embiid/KD will have 30+ each.. Harden/Kyrie in the low 20’s… Drummond will at least make Embiid contest rebounds as he’s a big body. The difference will be the Nets 3 point shooting from guys like Curry/Mills/Dragic will be a bit too much for Sixers.

Nets win by 4.

Meh Ben's not playing so I don't see the big deal. You won't see the fans go nuts into Ben actually suits up in Philly.

I can't imagine being enough of a loser to go out of my way to stand outside a hotel waiting for Simmons to come out to harass him.

Do these people have nothing better to do in their lives? I understand if you're gonna harass him at the game during intros (as long as it's within reason, no racist crap, no family stuff, etc.), that's fair game, but to literally go out of your way and wait for him (potentially hours?) to get your sentence in, while he's boarding a bus and will forget about it a minute later?

Yikes.

Both home teams win. Should be awesome games though.

I'm going the opposite - I'm taking Nets + Warriors tonight

Philly vs. Brooklyn should be a playoff environment, so I'm taking the two better playoff performers (KD + Kyrie) in that matchup

Denver is on its 4th game in 5 nights against a Warriors team looking to turn it around. Somehow, the Nuggets get to face the Warriors for the 2nd time in a week, with both games being on 2nd night of a b2b.

Glad ESPN realized the Nuggets are on a 4 games in 5 nights so if they don’t play good tonight they have a good excuse for it.

Oh man, a fan in Philly is waving a tampon at Simmons.

They completely reorganized their security efforts just for Simmons being present. Smart but also a sad reflection of those "fans"

... and the Dubs's 3rd game in 4 nights. A definite recipe for a garbage performance.

I don't personally think they're much worse than any other city, but there's a definite reason Philadelphia has its reputation.

Lol at bringing up Golden State playing 3 in 4. First of all that’s not worse than 4 games in 5. And Kerr made sure Curry and Klay didn’t play against Denver earlier this week. So their star players are not playing 3 games in 4 nights.
