Your roster is a clean slate and you get to choose between a starting back court of DeJounte/Jamal Murray or a forward combo of Mikal/Miles Bridges. (assume full health)
Who do you take and why?

Re: Murray v Bridges
Depending on which franchise you are. If you are Lakers or Heat you pick Bridges combo because you have a chance to sign FA as your top scorer, but if you are Nuggets/Spurs or my Pels for example you take Murray duo and try find some pieces to surround them with.
Wing players who plays defense and shoot 3s are so important to build contender right now and so hard to find and that is why i said teams that have a chance to add a scorer can go for them. But on their own they are not enough to carry a team, so it is easier for non-FA destination to build around Murray's.

I have Miles as the weak link here and I really like DeJounte. Murrays.

Do you buy Miles as being a fringe All Star? Averaging about 20/7/4 on above average efficiency. Impact metrics reflect very well on him too
FWIW I probably rate him 4th as well but I have him on the same tier as the other guys

This is the best question I have read on this forum in months.
I truly do not know.

My eyes popped out of my head.
If I were ranking all four players regardless, the two Murray's would be one and two. As a tandem? Super easy decision.

Re: Murray v Bridges
I think it's team Murray if you can guarantee Jamal Murray gets back to what he was pre ACL but if it's just two on two, which one of those guys is slowing down Miles in the paint? I'm really interested which of these matchups would be the closest matched:
Jamal+Dejounte vs Miles+Mikal
Jamal+Miles vs Dejounte+Mikal
Jamal+Mikal vs Dejounte+Miles
Jamal+Dejounte vs Miles+Mikal
Jamal+Miles vs Dejounte+Mikal
Jamal+Mikal vs Dejounte+Miles

I'm honored. Good to know I'm not the only one who had trouble deciding

Re: Murray v Bridges
I honestly think Mikal might be the most impactful of the bunch, and that's saying something because I'm a fan of all 4
