Rip City is in firm tanking mode. Chauncey Billups, like Wes Unseld Jr., has dealt with many of his own challenges as a first-year HC. But it looks like franchise superstar Dame Lillard isn't going anywhere and with up to $60M in cap space and a nice lottery pick, PDX will be able to re-load sooner rather than later assuming they get a new owner and GM.
Will the tank keep rolling? Or will we see the 30th W of the season... by default?
