8,9,10 tied with 40 losses and only 2 games back for 7th. The highest we’ll probably go is 7th now. TyTy could be there at 7th

It's absolute Insanity that this team doesn't push the ball when they're down in the closing seconds of a game. It's basketball 101. Give yourself as many opportunities as possible. This is the 3rd time it's happened this year. So **** absurd.

And yeah, Durant is unreal but that nets team that played today is pretty bad. Brutal loss.

Edit - to be clear, that doesn't mean force up shots but they've held the ball as if they're tied in these situations and it's just inexplicable. Our late game execution remains a serious problem.

By himself, KD effortlessly scored half of what the entire Knicks team scored for the entire game. It is what it is.

Knicks had to play a lot better defense on guys like Drummond and Brown. Both were well above their season averages and Drummond shot 100% from the field. That just cannot happen.

Because they collapsed on the KD drive and then the help helper didn't step in front of Drummond to be able to play the drift pass. They consistently decided to protect against tge drift so there were a bunch of easy dish passes to Drummond.

Our lack of a PG and also Quickley himself absolutely kills the Knicks. He's supposed to be a great shooter but I certainly can't tell. He doesn't find the open guy very often and he's prone to making the same mistakes.

You can't win long term when the very coach your FO hired is not on the same page with FO. Of course it is doubtful the FO is on the same page between themselves either. Your lottery pick is averaging 15 minutes per game in his second season. Here is a game where he absolutely positively contributing and ending up with 8 minutes? Eight frigging minutes?
