I wonder if this is why Rodgers pushed back on the report about his deal.

If Douglas is back I assume they couldn't reach a deal with Campbell
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

So Rodgers won't put pen to paper until Adams gets his deal, and the Packers and Adams are still far apart on terms. All of this has to be settled in what the next 2 days?

Some high pressure negotiations.

Between the two, I'd rather have Campbell, but I'd also think Campbell's going to draw more FA interest and more likely to cash in. Campbell's got the more consistent resume'

That's what I assume. Pack tried to bring back Campbell but he's asking for more than we can pay. Maybe (doubtful) he doesn't get the offers today from other teams that he's expecting.

Baseball and football free agency at the same time plus the beginning of March Madness. Great week.

Does it reduce his cap hit for next season?

I don't think it's related, Rodgers will be back, he just didn't sign because they have his contract and the rest of contracts to work cap-wise and currently we still have a lot of moving pieces to adjust, so maybe just a few dollars here and there could make a difference.

Definitely. Details aren't out but the reason for the extension was to get this year's number down.

I hate that Adams and Rodgers are a package deal. I'd be fine tagging and trading Adams, bring back Lazard and MVS and try to get a top pass catcher with one of your early picks. Then again, Rodgers probably wouldn't throw to his rookie wideout lol.

Rodgers loves him some Billy Turner... But remember... it's about the people... not the massive contract he's about to get.

They need to give some reps to Yosh at RT. Dude balled out all season on the left side. I really think Steno un-earthed a gem with him.

I wonder what market there will be for Z? Back injuries can be chronic and age is a consideration too. From a contract perspective, the timing of his back problem is going to cost him some serious money, I think.
